Terms and Conditions
As a condition to using the Digiseg Insights Platform you must comply with the following terms of use. If you agree to these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company, in which case “you” or “your” shall refer to such company.License Grant
Digiseg grants you a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Digiseg Insights Platform for the benefit of the company and its clients for audience measurement and for the creation of audience segments to be used solely for the purpose of targeting and measurement (the “Purpose”).Restrictions
You may not:- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or in any way work around any technical limitations.
- Use Digiseg Insights Platform or Data in any sharing arrangement, sell or resell, rent, lease, lend or in any way transfer Data to third parties.
- Use the API for any other purposes than set out in the Purpose without Digiseg's prior written consent.
- Use the Digiseg Insights platform for any immoral or illegal purposes in violation of any applicable law.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the API and Data, including without limitation, intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Digiseg and its licensors.Privacy and Data Protection
Digiseg follows the principles of Privacy-by-Design, and all audience data is free of personal data. All sessions are processed in real time, and Digiseg does not log events or store IP addresses. Digiseg's processing of personal data is subject to the latest version of the DPA (Data Processing Agreement), which can be found on Digiseg's homepage under Privacy Center.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Digiseg Insights Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digiseg will not be liable for your lost revenues or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Total cumulative liability to you or other parties for any loss or damages resulting from claims, demands, or actions arising out of using Digiseg Data will not exceed €1000 (Euros). Any breach to Digiseg policies will result in a suspension of your Digiseg account. Any dispute regarding usage of Digiseg insights Platform is governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the State of Denmark under the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.Termination
These Digiseg Insights Platform terms will go into effect on the date upon which you agree to them and will continue until terminated.
